A New Space for Innovation

Oxford Science Enterprises (OSE), found, fund and build for tomorrow’s challenges today through their investment in Oxford Universities best ideas. OSE approached us with an exciting opportunity to create a brief for a new 20,000 sq ft space in Oxford which included a particularly dark basement.

From Concrete Shell to Innovation Hub

Having written the spec 2 years in advance of the project, we carefully monitored the build structure, taking the space from a concrete shell to a CAT B incubator space for technology innovation. The space we created allows ideas to grow within their own private environments as well as provide a sociable coworking space for scientific minds to come together via the array of breakout areas.
