A luxury destination for Vedanta

Modus were delighted to work with leading natural resources company, Vedanta for their new space. Vedanta wanted to create a new office space in a beautiful building on Berkeley Square. The CAT-B, 7000sq ft fit out was carried out in 24 weeks by Modus, a £1.2 million technology/AV package was installed, including a Unilumin AV Array wall with various screens throughout the project, including touch screens.

The space was fitted with exclusive, high-end materials sourced from around the world, including marble and gold-plated finishes in the toilet and shower areas to really accentuated the design. Platfform sourced luxury furniture including Italian designer, Minotti.

Multipurpose rooms were designed with a fold down bed and luxury show room for long distance clients from around the world to relax in. The main space incorporates nine working offices with five folding walls, three sky folding walls, when pulled back can be turned into a 200-person auditorium or private dining room.

A bespoke office was created for the Chairman with a 2.5 metre circular light fitting directly above his desk as a focal point. One of the primary design features in the main entrance on the floor was a beautiful set of timber slated folding doors which when opened, revealed a hall of mirrors. It’s features like these that make the design that much more special.

Electric blinds and Italian velvet curtains were fitted in the building as well as hidden card readers behind the joinery, all adding to a sleek, modern design aesthetic.

The space was topped off with a 4000m2 3D thermo formed ribbed Corian ceiling. Which raised up in the Chairman’s office to accentuate the height of his personal space to give real depth to a fantastic project.
