An exciting new space for The Watches of Switzerland Group

We are pleased to announce that we will be delivering the CAT A / CAT B fit-out for The Watches of Switzerland Group’s new 75,000 sq ft headquarters, based at Carlton Park, Leicester.  

The talented team at Quadrant Design have worked hard to develop the overall concept and space plans for the site and now our superb team at Modus will be taking on the delivery of this exciting project.

 The project will see new MEP services installed, new washroom design as well as all interior finishes, including extensive joinery. The installation of electric car charging within the staff car park supports key elements of the clients ESG policy.

 We have also worked alongside our sister business Platfform to deliver the full furniture package, all contributing to a modern and flexible workplace.
