Located just a stone’s throw from Modus’ own offices in Victoria, a leading Financial firm decided to make the leap from their old premises to the brand new Verde Building.
Moving from a tired but very spacious office to a top spec but smaller space posed its own set of challenges. Modus’ design team worked hard to create a space which felt bright and open, with a spacious working area and a smart, functional furniture solution.
Moreover, the use of brand new and top of the range finishes, not only looked the part, but added increased functionality and longevity into their space.
