London relocation for Accsys Technologies PLC
Modus are delighted to announce the successful relocation of Accsys Technologies PLC to Brettenham House, 19 Lancaster Place, London WC2.
Having been based in Windsor prior to this, the move to central London gave Accsys the chance to create a new and functional office of some 4,000 sq ft. Modus were tasked to design a space that combined the need for both open plan and cellular space with room for growth and expansion. Branding was important and the use of strong colours in key spaces to highlight the brand. The Cat B fit-out took 6 weeks to build and Accsys took occupation on the 22nd December 2015 on time and within budget.
Accsys Technologies PLC is a chemical technology group, focused on the acetylation of wood. The primary focus is on the production and licensing of Accoya® solid wood and Tricoya® wood elements technology. Manufactured through the company’s proprietary acetylation process, these products exhibit superior dimensional stability and durability compared with other natural and treated timber and wood elements (wood chips, fibres and particles).”
