Mitie approached Modus via its internal Project Management team - Source8. Working closely with the Source8 professional team and the client's senior decision making team we were able to take concept through to detailed design in 6 weeks.
The results are spectacular - from the in house cafeteria Gather & Gather, to the multi functional agile working areas, down to the biophilic work areas and meditation pods in the Winter Gardens. Modus completed the 30,000 sq ft, fast track CATB fit out in 12 weeks.
