Modus shortlisted for an award at Mixology22

We are thrilled to announce that our client Numis has been announced a Project of the Year Finalist: Design and Build, in the Mixology Awards 2022.

Since 2005, the Mixology and Mixology North awards have celebrated the very best of the products, people and projects within commercial interiors, with a judging panel comprised of key players in the industry.

The Numis project created a happy, vibrant, and connected environment for staff and an impressive space for clients and visitors. In the words of the chairman, it allows the company “to move to the next level” in terms of market perception, its goals and future outlook.

The wonderful external terraces are accessible to all staff and connect to generous informal working areas. A staircase links the working floors with the client floor and allows seamless communication between teams as a powerful embodiment of this design intent. It sits within an oversized opening allowing oblique and indirect views between the floors – encouraging a sense of connectivity and togetherness. The design exploits the stunning views of the London’s skyline by creating an open, unhindered view to the horizon on entry to reception.
