Having previously undertaken fit-outs for Foresight Group on L17 and L23 of The Shard, business has boomed and less than two years after their last move, they are expanding once again! This time, Modus have been given the opportunity to design an additional 10,000 sqft on L18, with a clear brief of creating an additional space which is equal in quality and level of design to their current space, just on a smaller scale.
In order to ensure an optimum experience for the new occupants of the floor, we maximised the light and incomparable views to the working areas and located the reception, breakout spaces, meeting rooms and phone booths adjacent to the core. In doing so, we had the opportunity to play with lighting features and graphic installations to make the inbound spaces feel light, bright and airy. The result is a slick and functional space which is wholly unique, but indistinguishably ‘Foresight’.
