UTA's New Dynamic London Workspace

We are excited to share our recent project, delivering the fit-out works for United Talent Agency, a leading global talent, sports, entertainment, and advisory company. The new space, spanning 28,000 sq ft, is located at 1 Newman Street, W1, right in the heart of London’s vibrant entertainment district.

This project marks UTA's growing investment in the UK and European markets. We were thrilled to have been chosen to deliver this scheme, initially designed by the world renowned architectural firm Gensler. The sophisticated workspace spans two floors and will serve as a hub for UTA's expanding team and diverse capabilities.

Positioned at the intersection of Fitzrovia and Soho, two of the city's most iconic neighbourhoods, the location offers convenient access to a thriving creative and commercial community, providing UTA with increased opportunities to make a global impact. Jeremy Zimmer, CEO and co-founder of UTA, expressed his excitement about the new London office, stating, "We’re excited to move into our new London home, creating a vibrant hub for our expanding team and range of capabilities across entertainment, sports and business."
