Modus is delighted to have been appointed for the design and fit out of XIO Group’s new office at The Shard. XIO Group is a global alternative investments firm with teams based in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Modus were selected by XIO via a competitive tender process administered by Cushman & Wakefield Project Management. This is a fast track project and the Modus team were able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the project and the ability to deliver in a short timeframe. The project is already on site and expected to complete later this month.
This success continues Modus’ marvellous track record in The Shard where we have already delivered new office space for The Foresight Group and The Office Group. Watch this space for more Modus projects in this iconic building!
