Tailored for a Sustainable Workspace
Working with long-term client British Land, we have delivered a CAT A space that can be customised to meet the needs of future tenants. Located in Regent’s Park, 350 Euston Road offers everything a modern workspace requires.
To ensure a smooth execution of the project, we adopted a two-phased approach. Phase one involved the delivery of CAT A spaces on levels 6 and 7. During phase two, we delivered the refurbished reception, installed new shower facilities, and built a plant room and bike storage.
As a B Corp company, we are committed to meeting British Land’s sustainability requirements. To achieve this, we utilised technologies such as CR360 and Qflow tracking, which helped us to reduce our carbon footprint and promote a sustainable environment.
Luxurious and Industrial Design
The CAT A levels underwent a series of upgrades aimed at improving energy efficiency and enhancing the industrial aesthetic of the space. These upgrades included installing energy-efficient lighting, restoring access floors, refurbishing facilities, installing new electronic systems, and replacing fan units. All new units were finished in black to match the concrete ceiling, creating a cohesive aesthetic. These upgrades were implemented to reduce environmental impact and improve the functionality of the CAT A levels.
The reception area underwent a refurbishment aimed at achieving a world-class welcome. The space features bespoke joinery planters and slats and various seating areas with large custom-made light fixtures that contribute to the overall aesthetic and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. The refurbishment is a testament to the level of detail and expertise employed throughout the project, resulting in a truly exceptional space that is sure to impress.
