With aggressive programme constraints, a strict budget and a clear design brief, TPO had their fair share of challenges ahead and the Modus team were primed and ready to meet them head on!
With keen management of the pre-construction process, Modus were mobilising within just two weeks of initial appointment, and spent this time wisely. With design workshops, showroom visits and keen interrogation of the brief and design guidelines, the design and pre-construction team ensured that funds were carefully delegated to the areas that mattered most, always with the eye on procurement lead times and the understanding of that key 6 week construction window.
The result is a product that belies its challenges; with bespoke timber framed glazing, feature lighting, integrated AV systems and a top-class suite of meeting rooms and function space, it’s hard to imagine that the challenges existed at all.
