Modus are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Cat B fit-out for LesConcierges at 22 Ganton Street, London W1.  Recently redeveloped by Shaftesbury, the floor comprises 4,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.  LesConcierges, the world’s premier provider of global concierges services and solutions, and with offices in San Francisco, Shanghai, Sydney and Atlanta, appointed Modus after a three way pitch.  The fit-out was delivered in 6 weeks and the scope of works included a bespoke reception, lowered timber floors, a striking staff breakout area and tea point, a variety of meeting rooms performing different functions and an open plan area for staff with new furniture throughout.
