Flexible and Functional

FinnCap, an employee-owned broker and financial adviser, sought a new office space that felt like home and supported their team's needs and culture. Modus carefully listened to their objectives, aspirations, and company culture to design a vision for their team-led office.

The new office space prioritised client meetings, with a luxurious reception area and front-of-house meeting suite creating an impressive first impression. Flexibility and functionality were essential, so the client suite connected seamlessly with the main reception, and the remaining office space was strategically positioned around these key areas.

Welcoming Space for Employees and Clients

A large, communal breakout area was included for social gatherings and breaks throughout the day. To accommodate the team's working style, the open-plan layout was divided into sections, catering to different needs. Glass dividers provided privacy while maintaining natural light, while other areas encouraged collaboration.

Quiet rooms and booths were added for individual work or private moments, and meeting rooms lined the open-plan area for easy access. The result was a multi-purpose, team-oriented, and functional space that perfectly aligned with FinnCap's vision, offering a welcoming environment for their team and clients alike.
