Major office relocation for UK's leading Diabetes charity

Since December 2015, Modus has been working with Diabetes UK to design their new 20,000 sqft office space at 126 Back Church Lane, E1. Diabetes UK is the leading UK charity that cares for, connects with and campaigns on behalf of all people affected by diabetes.

Having had a workplace strategy defined by workplace consultants Hatch, Modus were engaged by the client to translate this high level brief into a dynamic and collaborative activity-based work environment with budget in mind at all times. The design incorporates alternative work settings over 5 floors with a multi-use ground floor space which can be used for client entertaining, presentations and seminars, drop in working and a staff kitchen and breakout area.

We are delighted to announce that works will commence on site on 23^rd May with a 12 week construction period and we look forward to sharing photographs of the finished product once complete.
