Modus Workspace and Korus announce international partnership

A major new force in commercial refurbishment and fit out has been announced as we join forces with a multi-national group, Korus for an international joint venture offering combined services across Europe.

The businesses have been successfully working together for the last 10 years and have now decided to formalise the arrangement in order to offer their clients a unified approach over a much wider geography.

Modus Founder and CEO, Toby Benzecry, comments “I’m absolutely delighted that we’ve taken this step with our good friends at Korus. Furthermore, we significantly add to each other’s skillsets with Korus able to utilise our outstanding design capability, whilst their incredible operating capabilities in banking, retail, offices spaces, hotels & restaurants, leisure and healthcare will significantly strengthen our ability to deliver in those sectors.”

In addition to having similar names, both companies are twenty-eight years old, still run by their founders, each has annual sales of around £120 million and share the same client-centric values, resulting in very long-term relationships with their customers.

Korus has 20 offices across Europe and a presence in Asia. We provide delivery throughout the UK from our head office in London. Both companies have framework agreements with significant multinational businesses which they now look forward to extending.
