A Contemporary Workspace with a Purpose
Over a six-month period, the Modus team transformed the Bank of Ireland’s London headquarters at 45 Gresham Street, creating an exceptional, high-spec, 19,000 sq ft contemporary workspace. The project aimed to integrate teams from the newly acquired Davy, enhancing collaboration and productivity. Key features included a multifunctional teapoint that can be converted into an event space, open plan workstations, 14 meeting rooms, and private offices, all designed with acoustic treatments for privacy. Subtle nods to Bank of Ireland’s branding were made through blue elements and timber features, ensuring a cohesive and familiar aesthetic. The result is a well-lit, functional, and inviting environment that promotes wellness and effective collaboration.
