A Striking Office Transformation
Mitie, a leading strategic outsourcing, and energy services company, collaborated with Modus through its internal Project Management team, Source8, to transform a 30,000 sq ft space into a connected workspace. The project involved taking the initial concept to a detailed workspace design in just 6 weeks, completing the fast-track CATB fit-out in 12 weeks. The results of the collaboration were outstanding, with striking features throughout the workspace. The in-house cafeteria, Gather & Gather, provided a hub for employees to connect, while the multi-functional agile working areas offered flexibility and productivity.
A Dedicated Tech-Free Area for Work Wellbeing
The Regeneration Pods, designed by DaeWha Kang, are part of Mitie’s mental health and wellness initiative, providing a tech-free meditative moment within the workday. The pods provide a sense of shelter and refuge while also maintaining beautiful views to the outside. The success of the project was a testament to the effective collaboration between Mitie, Source8, and Modus Space, delivering a modern and innovative workspace that fosters connectivity, productivity, and wellbeing for the company and its employees.
