In partnership with a global entertainment company we have created a workplace destination that embodies their evolving identity while catering to the demands of a fast-moving, global workforce.

Project in Brief

  • A 25,000 sq ft hub supporting 900 people.
  • Sustainability-driven design with recycled and reused materials.
  • Flexible spaces tailored for collaboration and focus.

Designing a Destination

Our client’s vision of a workspace that embraces diverse work styles has been brought to life through a variety of environments. The office offers spaces for individual focus, collaboration, and learning, including hot desks, phone booths, and flexible training areas. Each area is equipped with advanced AV systems and adaptable furniture, providing versatility for a workforce with constantly shifting needs.

The design incorporates bold and modern elements, reflecting the energy of their global brand. Timber finishes contrast with industrial tones, creating a space that feels both professional and approachable. A central staircase links the three floors, creating visual and physical flow throughout the workspace.

An Evolution in Workplace Design

This is a space where employees can connect, create, and thrive, reflecting the diversity of the company’s vast portfolio of brands. With extensive reuse of furniture and recycled materials in the reception and teapoints, sustainability demonstrated how thoughtful design choices can reduce environmental impact and how office spaces can bring people together, encourage innovation, and adapt to the future of work.

Accessibility was prioritised at every stage, with inclusive features such as ramps and universally designed teapoints ensuring that all employees can feel comfortable and supported in the space.

The workspace is a testament to our client’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to their people, representing a bold step forward. Designed for today’s needs but adaptable for tomorrow’s challenges, the office provides a strong foundation for their continued growth and innovation.
