Having relocated to the Nova Building, we partnered with Reply, a global digital consultancy, to deliver a dynamic and flexible workspace that embodied their agile working culture.

Revitalising Identity at the Nova Building

The office design features an open plan layout, dedicated breakout areas and relaxed, informal meeting rooms. Custom partitions provide subtle separation while maintaining an open feel, and vibrant green accents reflect Reply’s brand colours,

The inclusion of natural wood elements, such as oak furniture and timber flooring, adds warmth to the space, while bespoke light fixtures and acoustic panelling enhance the overall comfort.

Going above and beyond

The new office successfully embodies Reply’s creative and collaborative nature. Feedback from the team has been overwhelmingly positive, with the design praised for overall workplace satisfaction.
