After a number of years in Soho, The Red Brick Road are relocating to Clerkenwell, to a fabulous and newly redeveloped building on the corner of Goswell Road and Great Sutton Street, London EC1. Advised by Colliers and Rapport Solutions, Modus were selected after a competitive selection process and have been working closely with the client team over recent weeks to perfect the design and to turn this historic warehouse into a modern and functional new home for them.

Split over three floors and 10,000 sq ft, the scope of works includes a bright new reception area, meeting rooms with state of the art AV, quiet areas and break out spaces, open plan working and new furniture for staff, new ladies and gents and a tea point and break out area with flexible presentation facilities.
