Modus were appointed by Spherical Living to help them expand their business to a new centre in Kew Bridge, which would require a suite of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, presentation and workshop space, as well as new WCs and a kitchen.
It was extremely important to Spherical Living that the space reflected the nature of the business. The design was developed with particular consideration to the lighting and acoustic performance of the space.
Undertaking both Cat A and B works, Modus installed new services throughout, including mechanical services and WCs, lighting, a new fire alarm system, and both raised floors and suspended ceilings throughout.
