We’re thrilled to announce that our Private Equity Fund project has been shortlisted for a British Council for Offices Award (BCO) in the Best Project Under 2,000 SqM in London and South East.

This high-profile, London-based Private Equity firm challenged us to create a sophisticated, timeless workspace that caters to their evolving needs. The resulting design blends warm wooden tones with a palette of blues and greens, striking the perfect balance between an inviting atmosphere and the luxurious essence of the brand. The workspace includes versatile breakout areas for social activities and collaborative work, private booths, and a formal meeting room suite.

Recognising the importance of well-being, we also incorporated a gym, therapy room, yoga studio, and even an ice bath into the design, offering a unique environment to support the current team and future talent.

The result is a workspace that meets its users’ functional demands and upholds the company’s esteemed reputation. This project is a testament to what can be achieved when design meets people’s needs, and we couldn’t be prouder to have it recognised by the BCO Awards.
