Modus is shortlisted for three Mixology Awards 2023
We are delighted to announce that two recent projects by Modus have been selected as finalists for the esteemed Mixology Awards. Capital.com, a joint venture with Platfform, has been nominated for Project of the Year - Workplace Interiors - 15,000 - 30,000 sqft, while Fora Greencoat Place has been named a finalist for Project of the Year - Workplace Interiors - 30,000 - 70,000 sqft.
The Mixology Awards have been recognising exceptional products, individuals, and initiatives within the commercial interiors sector since 2005. The judging panel comprises influential figures in the industry, making it a notable accomplishment to be named a finalist.

The Capital.com project entailed designing an innovative and technologically advanced workspace that prioritises the employee's needs and caters to clients and guests. The design aimed to create a space that puts the employee first, ensuring that all requirements are met and providing compelling reasons for existing and prospective employees to join or stay with the business. This was achieved through the creation of a cutting-edge metaverse room, an immersive gaming zone, and curved glass throughout the space that takes visitors on an immersive journey that stimulates the senses.
FORA Greencoat
Fora Greencoat Place, on the other hand, showcases Modus' expertise in designing functional and stylish flexible spaces for all to use. The project aimed to foster a "home away from home" workplace experience. The resulting space features a state-of-the-art office space, a range of technology-enabled meeting rooms, and a wellness studio with scheduled classes and secure bike storage. The building also includes an Innovation Lab, which is available for private hire.
