Modus was appointed to work with the client’s professional team to design and build a new look office at their existing office in Moore Place.
The project was a complex in-occupation refurbishment delivered in a challenging building with the majority of the works phased out of hours. The works consisted of a new front of house, including executive meeting rooms, a client breakout area along with the complete refresh of the working environment.
