In partnership with JLL, Savills and London & Oriental, we delivered a flexible and unique Tenant-Ready™ space at Buckingham Green’s Tower building. The design aimed to create a luxurious, tranquil environment with residential-inspired colours and textures, ready to welcome future tenants.

Sustainable and Adaptable Design

We integrated sustainable materials, including worktops made from recycled yoghurt pots and stools crafted from Carlsberg beer factory waste. The space features loose-lay flooring and reconfigurable furniture, allowing for easy customisation. Greenery and hanging plants add natural elements, while magnetic lighting fixtures and adjustable desks enhance flexibility.

This Tenant-Ready™ space at Buckingham Green showcases how sustainable design can meet the needs of future tenants while offering a luxurious, adaptable environment.
