Seamless Communication Through Innovative Design

The design of Numis’ office revolves around a large, open staircase that connects the working floors with the client floor, facilitating easy communication between teams. The oversized staircase opening allows for indirect and oblique views between floors, promoting connectivity and collaboration. This central feature ensures that communication barriers are removed, creating a more interactive and inclusive workplace.

Enhanced Spaces for Employee Wellbeing

In addition to the staircase, the design includes external terraces accessible to all employees, providing direct links to breakout areas and informal workspaces. These terraces not only offer breathtaking views of the city but also enhance engagement with the external environment, promoting staff wellbeing.
