On behalf of British Land, one of the UK’s largest property development and investment companies, we worked alongside Barr Gazetas and Arcadis to transform 350 Euston Road, across two phases.

Transformative upgrades

In phase one we delivered two CAT A floors on levels 6 and 7. Upgrades included, energy efficient lighting, new fan units, facilities and electronic M&E systems.

During phase two we upgraded the reception area to create the ‘world-class welcome’ that British Land envisioned. Our bespoke joinery and seating design created a contemporary feel, whilst feature lighting added warmth. High-spec end-of-journey facilities, including new showers were installed to enhance the building’s appeal to future tenants.

Surpassing expectations

We have exceeded British Land’s vision for 350 Euston Road, transforming the building into an energy-efficient and welcoming space. The upgrades across both phases have made it a prime location for future tenants.
