We partnered with Capital.com, a rapidly growing FinTech firm to design and build a cutting-edge, technologically advanced workspace located in the heart of St James’.

Project in Brief:

  • Redesigned Capital.com’s headquarters with a future-facing, tech-driven workspace.
  • Achieved SKA Gold rating for sustainability in alignment with BREEAM Excellent standards.
  • Created an immersive, engaging office experience to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Innovative Design for a Tech-Driven Space

The new headquarters, located in The Broadway, is a showcase of futuristic design and environmental responsibility. Capital.com specifically chose this BREEAM Excellent-rated development to support its sustainability goals.

Committed to eco-conscious design we delivered a fit-out that earned the SKA Gold rating, demonstrating the highest standards in sustainability.

The arrival experience is a visually impactful area featuring a recessed C-shaped screen displaying live data, creating an immersive interaction with technology that sets the tone for the rest of the office.

Creating a Futuristic and Immersive Environment

The workspace is defined by curved glass and clean lines, which contrast beautifully with the irregular angular floor plate.

This architectural approach symbolises connectivity and fluidity between the worlds of technology and financial services. One of the most exciting features is the state-of-the-art metaverse room, designed to captivate and inspire.

In addition, an immersive gaming zone, influenced by the E-Gaming world, takes centre stage with its dramatic black finish and neon lighting.
