In partnership with LandSec, we delivered an 8,000 sq ft Tenant-Ready™ workspace on the 6th floor of 100 Victoria Street, London. This modern office space, offering stunning views of Westminster Cathedral, embodies Scandinavian-inspired design. Our scope included creating a flexible, sustainable, and visually striking workspace.

Scandinavian Elegance with Sustainability at Its Core

The reception area features a UK-crafted Naturewall acoustic slatted wall, seamlessly connecting to meeting rooms for a polished visitor experience. The Scandinavian design includes clean lines, natural timber, and light tones, with vibrant colour accents. The open-plan office includes a winter garden, external terraces, and adaptable spaces for collaboration and meetings. Sustainable materials, such as recycled denim worktops, highlight the commitment to eco-friendly office design.

Landsec’s Future-Ready Office Space

The project successfully delivered a sustainable, flexible office space designed to support the various needs of future tenants. It aligns with LandSec’s vision of creating an elegant, adaptable workspace that promotes productivity and wellbeing.
