Working alongside British Land we have designed a Tenant-Ready™ space that supports diverse work settings. The brief required a versatile environment that encourages productivity and allows occupiers to personalise the space.

Flexible Workspace with Personalisation

We crafted a diverse range of work settings, from open-plan collaborative areas to focus zones, giving tenants the flexibility to choose how they work. The subtle use of colour and materials ensures a welcoming, contemporary feel. Occupiers are encouraged to incorporate their own identity and brand within the workspace, while the overall design maintains cohesion and appeal.

A Space for Growth

This project successfully delivered British Land a Tenant-Ready™ environment that balances personalisation with a professional, unified aesthetic, meeting the needs of a wide range of occupiers.
