Modern Scandinavian Workspace
A prestigious financial services company selected Modus as their Design and Build partner to create their new 14,500 sq ft CAT B office in the heart of Oxford Street, London. The goal was to design a modern, efficient, and Scandinavian-inspired workspace that reflected the company's culture and values while enhancing employee well-being and productivity.
Over the 8-month project duration, Modus worked closely with our client to understand their business and deliver their vision. Every aspect of the workspace, from the welcoming front-of-house area and meeting rooms to the functional teapoint and bespoke gym, was optimized for employee well-being and productivity. The gym presented unique challenges, which the Modus design team worked efficiently to resolve, such as noise and safety standards, but resulted in a dedicated space for employees to exercise and boost their physical and mental well-being.
Collaboration and Creativity
To ensure a seamless fit, Modus provided customisable office furniture, with several specialised pieces to fit uniquely shaped rooms. The result is a vibrant and modern workspace that aligns with the client's culture and values, offering a professional atmosphere for clients, inviting areas for employees to recharge and connect, and collaborative spaces for teamwork and creativity.
The Scandinavian-inspired office design successfully met the client's brief and prioritised employee well-being, productivity, and engagement. The project showcased the benefits of collaboration and creativity, resulting in a space that truly represents their brand and work style, making it an excellent place to work for their employees.
